Same time everyday? Usually that's a low blood sugar. And usually it happens two thirds of the way between your last meal and the next. Try a small snack that is low on the glycemic index and see if that doesn't get your headaches to go away.

In bio rhythm studies it has been found that humans naturally have a let down or a lull period in mid afternoon. The Spanish siesta time corresponds to this natural lull and they all shut down in mid afternoon and then resume after a brief rest period. If you're getting a headache and becoming tired around this time, maybe you're sensitive to this natural let down and by continuing to work it has an ill effect on you? If so, maybe you should look for a job in Spain?

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Maybe it's because your taking too much exercise and over-doing it, but it could be that you're a little ill, or have a problem giving you stress. Something along those lines!
Hope it goes away soon xxx!
