Does eye exercising help?

i have really bad eyes and dont want to have to wear contacts to see all the time. Where can i find these exercises.

there's a book about it, I think it's called "help yourself to better sight" I haven't tried it yet, but supposedly it helps....I doubt it can guarantee 20/20 vision though......

we have these eye exercises that are known in china
i dont know how to explain them. (and i dont know if i'm thinking of the same thing as you are)
but we have a dvd of it to follow along (for beginners)
