I am looking all over for gift wrap that has a cowboy theme and am finding all of the websites I have looked at outrageously highly priced.

Although I like Diana's idea. You could also buy western-themed rubber stamps and create your own paper.

Use plain blue or red paper, tie it with rafia. You can then attach a small ornament or western type decoration and it will be just darlin'! You could even buy western scarves from craft supply houses and make little sacks with them, tie those up with rafia (jute is cute too) to finish up the theme.

Have you tried a hobby store like Hobby Lobby or Michael's??
or a Party store like Party America, Party Galaxy...etc..

how about brown paper bags with raffia ties and miniature cowboy hats/ horses/guns/ from a hobby store glued on.
