You may need to change your diet and eat more fiber. You can also try suppositories. Stay away from constant use of laxatives, especially the chemical ones, as they are habit forming to your system. Do not expect instant change as it may take your body a few days to adjust. Personally, I would really concentrate on finding something healthy to eat, (maybe Prunes or Prune Juice) that would help me go without straining too much.

Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.
Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

It is very unhealthy for many reasons and two main ones are you could give yourself piles and also infections.
Your spinktus if obviously a bit weak this is the organ that actually pushes the poo out lower bowel bottom end anus.
I think first of all try changing your diet eats lots of fresh fruit/veg/fibre and you do not have to do the Gillian "poo" Makeeth diet doctor so called guru diet. You also need to drink plenty of water at least two pints per day and more as this keeps the motions soft. excerscise also helps loosen those bowels so get walking/jogging ect.
THE FIRST thing you need to do before any of this is go and see your doctor who can check you over make sure you are fit to change your diet and also will give you lots of good advise. He can also check to make sure your spinktus is working ok.
You do not say how old you are but lots of things get sluggish when older so it is important to go and have that check up now.

Depends on how old you are as when you age things inside begin to droop.
Best thing to do so you don't have to go through forcing of the BMs, is lots of water and exercise and yes ruffage such as any stringy foods like celery, sweet potatoes, cabbage, apples, mangoes,oranges, grapefruit, etc.,no sugar!!!!! as sugar will slow down motility and it will sit there. No soda even diet.
Also eating breakfast in the AM , but before you eat, drink a glass of water first to get things losening up and a cup of cofee with you breakfast.
Prune juice with pulp works too.

This certainly isn't healthy. "Straining" can cause hemorrhoids. Try taking a stool softener. It won't give you diarrhea, but will make it easier. If this is a reoccurring problem and is all the time, maybe you should add some more fiber to your diet.

Its normal to try to squeeze/strain but this CAN cause hemorrhoids!
If you are experiencing constipation,
Add fiber to your diet or try Colace stool softener.
If you are having gas pains,
Try GAS X.

It is best to discuss this with your physician. It is not recommended to strain to have a bowel movement. There could be many reasons why you may be constipated and it needs to be investigated by your practitioner.

having to bear down to pass stool causes internal and external hemmorhoids. Suggest that you need to drink a great deal more water than you do. Adequate consumption of water is what makes our stool soft and easy to pass.
