you can take the metro line B to termini. there you change and take the metro line A to anagnina. from anagnina there are cheap buses to ciampino airport. (cheaper than terravision)

From Tiburtina take the metro "B" to Termini train station.
From Termini take the shuttle bus named Terravision to the airport.

There are no direct links. You have to go to the Termini Station, and then take a bus (Terravision is the name of the bus company).

possibly you don't be attentive to yet Ciampino is an airport very very small. very few fly get there in an afternoon. i think of you should get a taxi from Ciampino to Stazione Termini and then get a custom to Carsoli or a coach.
