You bring him to the vet. We can guess at what's wrong with your cat, but we certainly can't diagnose it. It could be anything from simple tummy upset to cancer, but we can't be the ones to tell you exactly what it is. 5 days without food is way too long. He needs to go in ASAP.

You take him to the vet to see if their is a health reason for this. Constant vomiting of acid from the stomach can cause esophageal problems and even cancer eventually. Don't let the vet fob you off on this one.

I have found that the only cats I have (six) do it when they eat dry food. If your cat is getting only dry food I would suggest you consider switching to canned. Something good like Natural Balance, Eagle Pack, Wellness, etc.

You should take him to the vet, he may have some thing stuck in his throat or may be it's a hair ball. It could be his food too. My cat throws up when I feed her a certain type of feed and it looks whole still. it could be a dental problems too.

this is a normal thing that cats do, there is not really anything that will make them to stop it, but what will help is cat gras, because when they live outside they eat gras sometimes to prevent the hairballs in their stomack to grow and thats why they throw up, only the hairballs, sometimes there is some food with it too, but if u by cat gras that will help a little, them and u.

Is he throwing up everything he eats or just some? Is it digested or whole?

Try giving him hairball medicine, feeding him less food more often, making sure there is no disturbances to his mealtime. Sometimes my cats try to race each other at mealtime to steal the other's food. They don't chew it well and throw it back up.

whilst the numbers hassle you, pass the numbers in view that they're in basic terms a preparation besides and each canines is going to be diverse. I surely have a healthful 40 5 lb mixture breed that eats under your doggy! I surely have 2 shepherds that consume the cautioned volume for his or her weight and do nicely with it. I surely have one shepherd who gets a million a million/2 circumstances the cautioned volume and that's what HE desires. None of my canines ever supply up working. i do no longer hassle with reference to the numbers and purely look at my canines to work out in the event that they choose extra or lss. you're able to do the comparable. purely flow via how she seems and feels. If she is a fat or you could no longer see a waistliine and tuckup, decrease back. in case you could surely see her ribs, backbone, and hips then she desires extra nutrition. in case you could experience the ribs below a skinny layer of flesh and he or she has a advantageous tuckup, you're feeding the astonishing volume. Your canines would be a extra useful instruction manual than any numbers on a kit so permit her permit you recognize what she desires. in view which you're new to canines, right that's a typical feeding preparation and lower back, regulate as your canines desires it. At that age she ought to be getting 2-3 nutrition an afternoon and be right down to 2 nutrition via 6-8 months. via 10-12 months she would have the capacity to be on one meal an afternoon yet permit her permit you recognize regardless of if this is a good theory. super breeds do nicely on one meal an afternoon yet some small breed canines tend to experience somewhat sick on in basic terms one meal an afternoon. whenever you decrease out one meal, do it slowly so as that she would not experience she's being starved. of direction, as your puppy grows, she could grow to be extra or much less energetic (judging via breed she could desire to flow the two way) and additionally you would be wanting to regulate nutrition intake as mandatory. Congrats on your new puppy and welcome to the superb worldwide of canines!
