It's in the frozen food section next to the pie shells and puff pastry. Pretty much every store has it. I know Super Walmart does.

Local boo-boos who answer the phones may not be as aware of the freezer section as they are of say, produce or fish. After all, there is no "freezer department" with folks in coats there to help you.
If you go poke around the Puff Pastry (usually near the ice cream) you'll find that nearly every major supermarket carries Filo. Phyllo. Fillo. Spelled some way or other.
Best wishes!

I'd try Trader Joe's or Wild Oats. I also found a listing for:
Greek Market & Deli
6210 E. Pacific Coast Hwy., Long Beach, CA 90803
The traditional stores might not know what it is, but I think I've seen it in most of them - in the freezer section.

You'll find it in the frozen foods aisle in any well stocked supermarket.....near the puff pastry.......I hope you're used to working with phyllo, as it can be pretty tricky if you're a novice cook.......but I wish you the best of luck!!!! Here in California, you might also look for a Greek/Middle Eastern speciality store, where they're guaranteed to have it, as it is one of their staples.....
