he divorce a year ago was very painful hes really hurt and dont whan to date for a very long time. we see each other once a week
he calls me every day. he trsts me nice as if he care he has done things that makes me feel that he care like taken me to the beach to see the sunrice. with out him sleeping for 24 hours to stay with me. hes gone out of his ways to plase me in lots of ways.
he says he dosent whan a grilfriend that he whans a friend that if i was hes grilfriend we will one day brake up and he will lost me but if im his friend will be together forever. so he rather have me as he friend instad os a griend frend. he knows that i love him he has shown me in some ways that he loves me but at the same time confuses me. like he told me i wount ask you to marry me but i wount let you marred any one else ether. what dost that mean. plase help.

It means "I'm stringing you along". It's all a mind game. He broke up with his wife and is doting on you but speaking out of both sides of his mouth. He keeps you at bay but tells you just enough so you keep hoping. If he loved you and wanted to be with you, he wouldn't be making you feel so confused.
You're going to find this man using you to feel good about himself but then dumping you to move on with some new woman. He likes the attention but doesn't like YOU. Understand? Unless he makes you feel like a princess and the ONLY woman in the ENTIRE world, then he's not worth it. He's holding out for someone else to come along. Cut him loose before he finds her and leaves you stranded on the beach.

he is still hurting and is afriad of getting hurt again!! You need to have a heart to heart talk with him and let him know that you understand his pain and that you are not his ex and you are not here to hurt him. Tell him its hurting yo because you have grown to love him and you are confused by what signals he is giving you. Tell him you are not trying to rush things but you want to be more than just a friend to him. You love him and he has to learn to trust again, You have to love and let love go sometimes .
Because its not fair for him to drag you along saying that you all are just friends and he won't let you be with no one else thats not fair. Because you will soon get fed up and move on.(dont tell him that part LOL) But just let him know how you feel and that you dont want to hurt him or lose him
