If your mother left your brothers and they are under age and so are you call the police. They will take care of you mother's problem for her. And, you may be placed in a foster care and in most cases they do not split up brothers and sisters. It would be a lot safer for them to live with someone that would care for them and probably love them. I'm sorry to hear you are in such a mess but, if your mother is so into herself someone needs to address that problem like today.

My mom kinda did the same thing to me and my brother. At a time in her life she was into drugs too and everything but us. My brother is now 18 nad i am 22. I have always been forgiving to her but he went through more then me and got put into foster care. they are kinda working on renewing their relationship now. Its hard for him I think. But hes loves her and is working on feeling that she is his "mom" again and forgiving her. Anyway she will eventually come around I hope but just make sure you let them know she does love them but she is sick I guess you could say. And always be there for them. They need to know someone cares and loves them.

Why don't you invite them over, (or out to dinner) and serve them a thanksgiving dinner? That's what moms in my family have done. If you don't want to cook it, Bob Evans Restaurant's Serves a Traditional Thanksgiving dinner with turkey, dressing and all the trimmings in individual plates for a reasonable price. I am not sure they are Open Thanksgiving day. So you might have to do it the day before or after.

Is there any other place that you can live? Sounds like your mom has some issues to deal with. Who is taking care of your brothers?

be honest. mom has a problem and it is drugs. people who are on drugs only love drugs and their next high. she did not leave because of me or you, but because of her addiction. i am assuming that she left the siblings with someone better able to care for them. they need alot of love and support right now, and so do you.

How old are your brothers? Are they on their own or living with someone? The most you can do is just be there for them. Listen to them....offer your love. Assure them....that the problem isn't them....it's the drugs.

Show them that you love them and that you will always be there for them. Try to explain to them that drugs mess people up and that your mom is going through a difficult situation.
