I'm only 5ft 2", I dance and run 3 times a week. I have a natrually muscly body, but hate the tops of my legs. (The Tina Turner look is not good) any ideas?

try stretching and yoga, it elongates the muscle, making it less bulky.

Sit on the couch and only use the muscles needed to change the channel between Jerry Springer and Dr. Phil. It worked for me. I have the softest muscles around.

it's hard to say without knowing you, but I would have to guess that there's some excess fat there...if they truly are pure muscle, the only way to get rid of it is to lose weight so that your body eats the muscle for energy...however, I strongly do not recommend this unless you are able to do it in a safe, controlled manner...I'm not even positive that it's possible to do this without having malnutrition so you need to research it and most of all be careful with it.

if you're afraid your legs are going to look like a man's legs if you lift weights, dont worry! i promise you no matter how many weights you lift with your legs, or how much cardio you do, your legs will tone up beautifully. body builders are going beyond what normal human beings do, they are taking crazy amounts of protein supplements, some are on steriods.. they aren't getting huge legs like that just by lifting weights.

As long as you continue to run and dance you will build those muscles. there are no muscle reducing exercises

wht u do is do no exercise and then soak your legs in pineapple and then give them a good rub

well no excersise will soften them. you are the shape you are meant to be. if you dance you will have muscley legs.
