There already are several foundations that do this, including the Mr Holland's Opus Foundation. Why start a second one?

Maybe you could name it THE AQUILLES FUND. Being that aquilles weakness was in his ankles. Aquilles from the story of when the God's dunked him in the (something) to get his power but he had the chain around his ankle. So he didn't the have the power of the God's in this ankle and so his enemies defeated him. The kids weakness would be lack of musical instruments that could give them a heads up. (may not have spelled aquilles right, the story might be Corney but the name suits it).
