Beer, chicken rub, salt, garlic, and sage, overnight in the fridge in a plastic container. You can also add BBQ Sauce and some green chilies for extra spice.
Never grill without beer. Never grill with expensive stuff either. Budweiser or MGD works best. Better taste for grilling

Now I have to feed 9, so the baking time on this is for about 6-8 breasts. For fewer pieces of meat, start checking for doneness after about 45 min.
Start w/ a bottle of soy sauce.
Add one of the following:
fruit juice, tomato sauce, ketsup, bbq sauce
Cooks choice:canned pineapple, mandarine oranges, onions, green peppers, pimentos, etc.
Season to taste.
Soak meat in a covered dish (refrigerated) overnight.
Wrap in foil, with a little of the brine, bake in oven about 1 - 1 1/12 hrs @ 350

Fast, easy and tasty. 1 bottle Kraft Fat-free Italian dressing. Cover chicken and put in the fridge for a few hours and bake without draining. The chicken comes out moist and flavorful. This is also great for making fajitas.

Red wine vinegar and one of those Italian dressing seasoning packets that you're supposed to mix with vinegar and oil. Just use the red wine vinegar and the mix and some lime juice. Poke the chicken breasts with a fork and let them be totally covered overnight.

I like to marinate mine in OJ, lime juice (plus the zest of the orange & lime), garlic, jalapenos, salt, pepper & olive oil - then baste w/ a spicy BBQ sauce - be sure you put equal amounts of the acids (juices) to the olive oil or the acid will cook your chicken :)

Yow!
How about this: http://www.cooks.com/rec/search/0,1-0,chicken_marinade,FF.html
About 1040 Chicken Marinades! Cooks is a great site, too.
For technique, I like gallon-size ziploc bags. Put the marinade and chicken in (duh), and carefully lower it into a sink full of water. The water will push ALL of the air out making your marinade just absolutly bathe every square centimeter of the chicken.
Refrigerate for 2-4 hours, and... off you go!
Best wishes!
