My kitty doesn't scratch me. Unless sometimes when he's playing with us by accident.
But does your kitty scratch you.

Only if he's playing a bit rough. Then he backs up when he realizes he just did a no-no.

Several of my cats like to play the "killer cat" routine where they roll on their back, inviting a tummy-rub. Then they grab your hand and start kicking with hind paws and clutching with front paws while they play-bite at your hand. The trick here is not to jerk your hand away, because if you do that the claws are going to catch your skin and you'll come away with a handful of superficial scratches.

I've also been scratched when the cat I was holding got freaked out by something and got wild to get away. Absolute worst was when I was holding one cat and another knocked something over, which freaked all of them out. I got clawed in the face by the cat I was holding before I could put her down.

I also have a couple of cats that will sit on your lap and tap you with a paw to get you to pet them. The first tap comes without claws. The second tap, the claws are out. The third tap, the claws are out and the cat pulls. These cats tend to get a lot of attention!

Finally, there's the ever-popular feline flying leap to land on your body, with claws out to "stick" the landing. When twelve pounds of tabby does that, you can get quite a nice set of puncture marks in your legs if you aren't wearing thick pants!

Yes, mine scratches and bites.

She's very friendly, very cuddly, and loves attention, but she's a brat. She could be purring away, playing, snuggling, whatever, and all of a sudden she'll turn evil and bite the heck out of you while she slices your hand with her front claws.

We think she's bipolar :)

They make wood restore pens which you will get on the ironmongery store. you in basic terms fill in the scratches and buff something of the pan away. somewhat uncomplicated. additionally, you could desire to purpose putting something over the banister to stay away from your cat from scratching the wood- like sisal, rope, carpet, etc.

Only when we are playing, or if he is using me as a trampoline to hop from one place to the next :) He does bite though but only when he is being super cuddly, he tries to bite your face, I think it is something leftover from being a kitten??
