Hand foot and mouth can be contracted by humans but it is not dangerous to you. It's usually contracted from farm animals but you can get it from another infected human and you end up getting blisters on the above areas. Good hygene is all you can do to prevent it. I got it one summer whilst staying on my cousins farm, blisters only lasted about a week and were only here and there - nothing to really worry about.

it's a virus that causes small blisters on your hand/feet and mouth. it's painful. to avoid it, wash after being around someone that's sick. Limit contact with that person till they have passed the contagious time frame.

Not sure what you mean, there is a foot and mouth disease, usually restricted to cattle. But in any infectious situation, the number one best thing you can do to protect yourself is washing your hands frequently.
