Dip a crisp in something truly disgusting, put it on a napkin and stare at it for a long period of time. You won't want to eat another one.

but then again, why do you want to break the habit? Yes crisps are addictive, but they are also wonderful and mood-altering morale boosters. Ever seen The Office? Hello!!!???!!!
I say, cholesterol be hanged,.

I confess "I am a Crispaholic"!!! I definitely think there is something addictive in them....maybe some additive??? I tend to go through phases when I just can't get enough of a particular flavour and actually crave them.
i had a thing about Walkers Beef and Onion....which were discontinued and it was like the end of the world! The new steak and onion are just awful! However, I soon discovered Marmite crisps which are yummy! I try to limit how many I eat. I am trying to cut down but its difficult.

Hey,
you can find a free download of Chicken Invaders 4 here: http://j.mp/1oheUdP

Nowadays, it is hard to find an entertaining action games on Windows, because most of the games are typically simple and boring first person shooters. Most of these games are not good enough. Until I try to install this amusing game on my PC, and this game is called Chicken Invaders
It's my favourite game.

Yeah crispaholics exist. I used to be one...not good for my health. I've been trying to be healthier recently. I've switched over to atleast not drinking soda anymore. I drink Crystal Light now. Its very healthy and tastes reaaly good. Don't believe me? Try out a free sample at http://urlx.org/89ab5.

They do exist (as I'm a fellow junkie) and I don't know if it's possible to give up completely. I like all savoury and crisplike snacks; crackers, rice cakes, melba toast, bread sticks...

I think I need to take a trip to the snack cupboard....

yes they do exist.

I once was on 3 packet of space invaders a day

to stop being one I suggest crispaholics anonymous. I have been clean for 2 years

Haha, I think I am a living example of one!

If you really want to cut back on them, try snacking on something other than crisps. Like everytime you get the urge to have crisps, eat something healthier, like carrot sticks (or whatever you like).

My cousin used to eat so many crisps, we'd tell him that he'd turn into a crisp. He didn't. He turned into a pot head and now has a criminal record. Beware.

And....i dunno how you would stop doing one, i mean its hard to give up something you love!
