I am sorry about your situation.....I work as a volunteer for CASA, court appointed child advocates....We work with the court and Judges, to decide what is best for abused and neglected children....All I can tell you, is most states have a 1-800# to call and report to CPS (child protective services) abuse.....You can call and they will send out a social worker and interview your family and determine if in fact there is abuse.....Just tell the CPS agent everything you have endured and the abuse.....If your life is in immediate danger, they will remove you immediately and place you in either foster care or with a trusted relative.....Just one thing, what CPS looks for is physical abuse.......Verbal and emotional abuse are very hard to prove.....So, if you don't get removed immediately, it may be because it is more difficult to prove this type of abuse.....If there are any witnesses, to the abuse, that would help too.....If they do remove you, keep in mind, foster care only provides for you physical needs, they are not going to necessarily be supportive.....Hope this helps and please tell someone and call CPS yourself....

You can go to your county courthouse and tell someone in social services~ or even just give social services a phone call and tell them your situation. You can't force your parents to give up parental rights, but the courts can- if they find them to be unfit parents. You could even call the Maury show, he helps kids like you. You're a very smart girl to realize what's going on around you, and I hope that you do go and get help.
Best of luck to you :}
