i doubt you suffer from some disorder. it's a very normal feeling ( i feel it everyday). it is important to note that this feeling could be based upon how you are feeling about every aspect of your life otherwise. for example, if you're in school and you got a bad grade on a test, then you might feel really ugly. coversely, if you aced that exam, you might feel really good.

best wishes to you friend, we've all been there.

@SaraJ gave you a good answer. You seem opposed to religion but you do need to know we as people "aren't everything." There are things bigger than us. Being on ground level is a lot different from seeing things miles above from a plane. God could have someone waiting for you. You don't know the future. A benefit of going to religious singles groups: there are many single and available women there. Bec. they call themselves Christians, these women won't be so demanding that a guy like you have sexual "experience." They understand the importance of sexual responsibility and therefore wouldn't "judge" or "think less" of a virgin or inexperienced guy like you (which I also at one time was). Now, I understand you being a virgin may be due primarily to circumstance, not morality. These women wouldn't condemn you if you had some experience, but might find it a relief to date a guy who hadn't slept with every gal he dated. Even if you never marry any of the women you meet in such venues, it would be good for you, someone who posted he's never dated, to get some dating experience. By participating in religious singles groups... you don't have to believe everything a particular religious group espouses. It wouldn't hurt you either.... Visit the larger churches, the more "mainstream" ones that would be more likely to have more singles and active singles groups. You're 35. If you get to work at it, and go out and try to meet more women in all kinds of place, ....within 1-4 yrs. you could find yourself -dating many more women -in a serious relationship -engaged 1-4 yrs. isn't really that long and that's the state I was in during my mid-late 20s. Met my future wife @30.... Best of luck to you, GIanni.

Some times the lighting affects the way you look drastically .Also your stress level.Time of day. Natural light or artificial .Beauty can be very illusory and elusive .Generally you look best when you forget youself and just focus on the beauty of others and when someone is less than beautiful see the good in them

I believe that every women has both kind of days. Women who are a size 0 feel fat and ugly, and women who are a size 20 feel beautiful. There is nothing wrong with you. You are normal! Beauty is a state of mind and confidence.

Absolutely!! I always have days like that. I think it is hormonal.
The funny thing is that you look the exact same to everyone around you! There is no point stressing about it. :-)
