A pagan is someone who does not believe in the God of the Bible and/or has never heard the Gospel. A Gentile is someone who is not a Jew or an Israelite. A Gentile does not denote lack of belief in God since the Church is made up mostly of Gentiles.

Not much, in the traditional Jewish mindset.
Pagans were idol worshipers....a Gentile is a "goyim" - "non Jew".
Pagans were "goyim" (Gentile) by birth and by practice.
Modern Jews would probably not call me a "pagan" - but I am definitely "goyim" to them.
