get lots of rest,, take vitamins. Goldenseal and echinachea are great immunity boosters. As a general rule, eat well, sleep well.

i have found that raw vegetables is the safest way to go to get a better immune system. for example, eat lots of onion and garlic, even, but remember the tictac later lol. jk. anyway, that's what i've come to find.

take multivitamins would be a start....consult a doctor and discuss this with him/her.....a doctor would be able to give you the best advise on what to take and how much to take

don't depend on meds so much. depend on water, natural produce, sleep, and regular exercise.

taking Echinacea is supposed to be good
