In italian it means nothing.

Belle means beautiful female and plural
Malissima is not an italian word. Malissimo (with final O) means "very badly".

"The worst beauty," is my guess.

Malissima can mean the worst, the baddest, or suckiest. It varies, but it's usually the highest degree of a negative.

Belle means a beauty, as in referring to a woman.

The two words don't agree ending-wise, but I would translate this as "You very wicked beauty!"
