I reckon a lot of it is luck but a general good diet is an excellent starting point - if you don't know what a good diet is then look it upon the web but i do agree with others that plenty of water is a good idea but dont over do it - i'm sure drinking gallons wont help. Exercise - perhaps a good walk or a swim every day. Plenty of sleep. Little alcohol. Don't plaster on make-up and make sure you remove it properly.
And if really bad, go and see what the doctor can do.

take sugar honey some lemon. mix it well and apply it on to your face leave it for 10 minutes. then clean it with warm wet towel. Then take one potatoes and use a food processor to make it soft and pulp. If you do not have a food processor then use scrapper. It may not turn soft but you can use the same. ask some one to apply it on your face. Apply all over your face. Close your eyes put on your eye lid too. leave it for 15 minutes.
Remove it and clean it with wet cloth.
Then take a half a tomato and apply all over your face and leave it for 10 minutes.
Then take 2 table spoonful of gram flour, half table spoonful of yogurt little milk and make a paste and apply to your face. leave it for 20 minutes and wash it away
You will feel better soon after this treatment.
Drinking water is very good for skin.

To drink a lot of tap water, to avoid sugary and fatty food, no candy, no cookies. Cleanse your skin carefully and do not put on a thick layer of either lotion or make-up. Try to get your full night's sleep every night.
