No, what's to be afraid of? Death is scary to a lot of people, but it's not to me. Since I follow no man-made or man-influenced religion, I don't think of death in terms of heaven or hell. Death is a natural event, it's an event that everyone and everything will experience. I've suffered so much in this life, I welcome a peaceful, dignified, and timely death. I'm more afraid of how I die, I don't want to die hooked up to life support surviving via a feeding tube. (Ex: Terri Schiavo) I want to die peaceful and with as minimal pain as possible.

No, especially since I have died once and was headed there a second time already. The way you die may be scary; as said by others on here, but not death itself. I strongly feel that is only because I am confident of what the after death experience will be.

No! Death is going home to the Creator where there are no more pains and sufferings..
If you've been good, then you get your reward.. It's like you studied hard in school and you get your diploma.
If not, it's like you dropped out and in danger of becoming a bum.

If you've been terribly bad, then you get your punishment.
Usually people who are guilt laden or are extremely sinful are the ones who are afraid to die.

Honestly, I was more afraid of death when I believed in god. Now it doesn't phase me.

At times I'm scared of how I may die but not of death itself b/c I know that when I do die I'll go to heaven b/c I believe in Christ.

I do NOT fear death, because I have the assurance of Heaven, since Jesus came into my life as Lord and Saviour!

Yes, the fear of the unknown is a scary thing and not to mention the pain of dying we have to go through is nothing I look forward too.
