not many people yet realise the seriousness/severity of this affliction
a major symptom is a distorted view/sense of priority
tens of millions of people suffer because they have thier priorities confused

Being Slain in the Spirit is just a new practice in the charasmatic movement. There is no Biblical basis for it at all, in face the only people ever slain before the spirit were killed for lying to the Holy Spirit. Most Christian denominations do not practice this due to its lack of Biblical basis.

You are taken over by the Holy Spirit- It is not a negative thing- It is only negative when it is abused, for example when Benny Hinn makes a big production out of it- He is abusing the scriptures....and wanting money more than being led by the Spirit of God.

Slain in the spirit, is a term widely used in the Faith Movement religions.
I would suggest you do some searches on the internet on "The Faith Movement"
