the picture on the front of the echo looks nothing like it they made it look twice as big.and has a good change of getting broke into with no roof.the money could have been spent else where better.any one got views on it. let me hear.

My boyfriend says it looks pretty good but what i read in the Echo seems a bit of a rip off i think. You have to pay a certain amount of money and you only get an hour! In the word's of Catherine Tate's Granny What a fu**ing liberty! I like ice skating but when I next go to Southend to visit my boyfriend I won't bother. They always find spare money to chuck away at Christmas. They could have done something a bit more meaningful like donating to charity or doing something decent with those shops on the top floor of the Plaza!

I don't live any where near southend - but won't the ice ring pay for itself when they add up all the fees charged to use it?
