First, have a clean record. Find a city or county law enforcement agency that is hiring and provides the training as part of the hiring process. You pass the training course, you get hired. It's very hard and expensive if you have to do it all on your own. Most big cities will provide training after you take and pass a civil service exam.

In NYC, the requirement is that you have either 60 college credits or an associate's degree. Make yourself look better. Go for a bachelors, then after you get the job, get whatever degree you want.

start lying, discriminate people, punch people on their face in front of a camara, learn how to hide and strike.

Of course there are perhaps some good police officers. I have not found it yet...
