After the Mullahs I Iran came to power they took away all the properties from my family in Kurdistan and killed and executed very close members of my family and friends. Today I am 40 years old and suffering from the huge pain they caused by me and my family. My soul is damaged and I have no rest. I need to sue this freaking government by an American court.
Who can help me how?

Very Sorry you will not be able to sue Iran. They are a country and do not have to abide by our laws in the USA

You can sue anyone for anything.However, I suppose that during war time no one will get compensation for the atrocities that you have suffered.
