This sounds weird, but tylenol pm makes my feet itch at the bottoms. Not itchy on the outside, more like itchy on the inside. Any ideas?

You could be having an allergic reaction to something in the medication.

Oh, it gets worse. Wait until it starts affecting your whole body. You itch, you twitch, you go absolutely crazy until the affect wears off. It started out with just my calves, then after a few more days, my arms became involved. I wasn't really sure it was the Tylenol PM at first, until I took an extra one in the hopes it would help. I was up all night. I felt like my entire body was covered in, I don't know, bugs, maybe. IT WAS AWFUL!!!!! It's a side-effect of the Benadryl that's in it that some people get. It will probably get worse. I switched to another sleeper, Unisom. It has a little different medication in it. It's got Doxylamine Succinate instead of Benadryl. So far, I'm doing fine with it.
Or like the others said, you might be allergic to the tylenol. Technically, you can't be allergic to Benadryl. It's an antihistamine. That's what fights allergies. You can, however, have a side effect similar to an allergic reaction.

Tylenol pm has 25mg benadryl maybe an inert component in making the pills is causing this or the benadryl.

its either not the pills, or if it is, then you are allergic. Read the box or bottle for possible side affects, or talk to your pharmacist and/or doctor...
