Don't mess around with warez sites or cracked software. If you really want to learn c, c++ or any real programing language install Linux on your computer, or on an old computer you have laying around, or a second hand one you pick up cheaply on eBay for that matter. Linux http://www.linux.org/ which is free comes with the Gnu Compiler Collection, GCC http://gcc.gnu.org/ which is all you'll ever need.

As far as books go, "The C programing language 2nd edition" by Kernighan and Ritchie is must read, they are the two people who invented the language. http://www.amazon.com/C-Programming-Language-2nd/dp/0131103628

At least check this book out from your library.

If you want to learn to program, you will need books to study and of course a compiler to make the programs. For books check with Google or Amazon, for free compilers for C++, Dev C++ is cool.
