I love all Asian cuisine but last night I went out for Malaysian food and I think it's my new favorite! It's quite similar to Thai but I found the dishes we ate were a little simpler, perhaps not quite as complex, as Thai. Somewhat of an Indian influence too. We were served a wonderful starter of a delicious flaky roti bread and curry sauce that was different than any thing I've had before. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. If you like Asian food, in particular Thai cuisine, I'd recommend giving Malaysian food a try. I think you'd enjoy it.

Asian Cuisine .. wowsome! check it out ( so far that i discovered )
malay cuisine
- sate ( chicken or beef grilled on a scewer serve with special hot and spicy peanut sauce )
- nasi lemak ( rice cooked with fragrant screw-pine leaf with lil bit add up of coconut milk, served with anchovy in hot red chilly paste, not forgotten boiled chicken eggs ) - nice breakfast in malaysia
- malay desert ( called 'buah gula melaka' ) - nice small smooth roundies made from flour, a hard piece of brown sugar (you need to cut it into small portion, fills inside the roundies, and roll-covered the roundies until being a dough. boiled the roundies. when floating, roll the hot roundies on the shred coconut. Once it's in yr mouth, it feels bit gummy but the brown sugar inside makes you feels like heaven!
indian cuisine
- prata bread with dhal and hot fish curry
- naan bread with chicken tikka or chicken masala
- white rice with spices honey chicken & spices popadam ( buurpps! )
- vaadai ( dhal and special flour mixed together into a flat dough just like doughnut with special ingredients of spices )
thai's cuisine
- tom yam soup ( hot spicy & sour soup serve with chicken fillet or seafood i.e. prawn or squid )
- deep fried garoupa fish in sweet & sour sauce
- honey-coated chicken wrapped in fragrant screw-pine leaf ( pandan leaf )
- all served with white rice
- desert sticky rice served with mango flesh & coconut milk & sugar ( wowwwwwwwsome i tell you )
arabic cuisine
- kebab ( chicken or beef served with normal bread or pitta bread with special creamy & spicy sauce )
search for any malaysian, indian, thailand or arabic food outlet at yr neighbourhood or special request to your favourite chef. you could even try to prepare it. all suggested menu was seriously-tested and proven addicted-effect on the first trial to the customer, while in the end they kept coming back to the particular restaurant as regulars, i'm telling you.
