Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

Hi, there, to lose weight, the best thing is to do cardiovascular exercises like biking, jogging, walking at a fast pace...You are supposed to do them on an empty stomach in the morning or in the evening. The reason why we do it on an empty stomach is bcos u dont hav any food in ur body that it needs fuel to get energy for u to do that exercise.. Then, your body resorts to burning the body fat as a fuel. Do cardio for 40-45 mins 6-7 times a week. But, note this that cardio takes 30% and diet takes 70%. So eat 4-5 small meals a day which contains low carbs, high quality protein ( lean read meat such as chicken breast, turky, tuna ) and some vegetables. By eating smaller meals more frequently the metabolism become fast. Of course, it must be healthy, not junk food. And avoid eating sugary food , sweets and the likes. Try to hav less stress ( just try to think that argument or whatever problem is not gonna kill u that you dont really hav to care much, for example). And try to get restful sleep around 7 hrs a day. SO, that is everything u hav to do. You will see the difference in 2-3 mths if u follow them strictly and That is how bodybuilders get very very ripped when they go on stage. Good luck.

.Running is the fastest way to lose weight but it can be hard on the knees and other joints. But the only way to lose weight is diet and exercise. Eat fresh fruits and veggies and walk at a brisk pace for 20 to 30 minutes every day. Aerobics is another way to exercise. Light weight lifting is another or even calisthenics. You can start out with dumbbells. They are cheap and you don't need heavy ones.
Lay off Mc D's and Dairy Queen or what ever junk food is your favorite. Mainly just watch you fat intake and exercise. Do some research and you'll do fine.

Walk all you can. This means, take the stairs instead of the lift; get off the bus a stop or two early and walk, or park your car as far from the entrance as poss.
Drink 2 litres of water a day. This helps you feel full and eliminate toxins from your system.
Don't think "diet", think "lifestyle management." When tempted to snack, ask yourself: Is the gratification worth the calories? Exchange sweets and crisps etc. for fruits and vegetables. If you really need concentrated sweetness, try dried fruits (which are chewier anyway).
Get enough sleep. People who are tired tend to binge on caffienated drinks and eat sugary foods to get a lift.
Cut out the caffiene! Which stimulates the acid in your stomach and makes you feel hungry, and besides, that cup of tea or coffee is associated with a biscuit or cake. Try herbal teas instead, there are a bunch of delicious blends out there.
Cut sodas, each can of soda has 3-4 heaping soupspoons full of sugar. And the non-sugar varieties are full of chemicals. Go for fruit juice or flavoured water instead.
Get plenty of fresh air. A brisk walk for 15 min, twice a day, is as good as a half-hour long walk and doesn't take as big a bite out of your day.
Any movement you can do (walking, exercycle, exercise) helps.
Find a buddy! Sign up for an exercise class with a good friend, and GO. You'll have more fun with a friend...someone to laugh with, complain to, and someone to keep you going.
Good luck!

HEY!
I have your solution, it;s very easy and I've done it. It requires a hell of a lot of self control and will power.
I lost 40 pounds in 2 months and I was never ill or anything bad I felt the exact opposite I was full of life and found every day felling better about my self.
Cut out the following : Meat, Fat, Starch and Sugar.
This mean basically lots and lots of veggies either raw, steamed, baked or boiled. No potatoes and pumkin because they contain starch.
Have one - three egg whites daily.
Trust me on this one.
It really really works, stick to green leafy veggies and eat as much as you want. Sorry no salad dressing.
A little salt and pepper is fine. To help things taste better try either using herbs like celantro and thyme as well as onion. garlic and spring onions.
If boiling the boil with a small piece of skinless chicken to give flavour.
Messege me through Yahoo and I can give u more tips if u need it.
But just stay away from the bad stuff....and trust me everything will feel great and u will loose weight!

i think it would be okay to eat a little less if you're having three full meals or more per day.
maybe reduce what you eat by a half.
i don't know about you, but often i like to eat when i'm bored and that's really bad obviously.
so, only eat when you get very hungry.......
stay away from processed meats.

if you don't like sports or the gym or swimming....go for walks and listen to music..... (hard to find time for even that, i'm sure.)

exercising not only helps you lose weight, but it gets you in better shape, gives you more energy, and makes you feel happy.

losing weight is a good goal to have i think.
do it for health moreso than appearance though.... appearance is okay to worry about a little bit, but you shouldn't go overboard.
people will like you for other things....

to help with your stomach... i don't know. i never liked doing situps or crunches and found them hard to do right.
maybe you could find a productive method online.

Here is a safe, healthy weight loss method that will also help your stress level and state of mind.

1) Diet. Remove all the refined sugar out of your diet, as well as simple carbs that the body immediately converts to sugars. This means white bread, white rice, potatoes and pasta. Replace with protein-rich food like red meat, fish, chicken, tofu (if you like it), beans. Lots of green vegetables, snack on cheese and nuts.

Don't worry about watching portion size, or rigorous menus. Just cutting out the refined sugar and simple carbs, replacing them with healthier foods and majoring on water intake will work wonders in a very short amount of time.

Essentially this is "Phase One" of the South Beach Diet and similar - it's worked wonders for me and I never felt hungry or starved.

2) Exercise. Weight loss is all about aerobic activity. I suggest riding a bike because it's low impact, it's relatively easy, no one is watching how fast you go, and you get to get outside and enjoy scenery. I suggest buying (or borrowing) a comfortable bike and start riding for 30 min. a day (go every other day if you're really beat up and exhausted at first). Thirty minutes is really simple - start riding away from your house for 15 minutes, then turn around and go home. Eventually work up longer rides, try different routes, you'll quickly get to 60 minutes or more without discomfort.

Combine the diet changes and the new exercise and I guarantee the pounds will roll off. No, they won't come off in two days, but you'll notice the difference in the fit of your clothes in as short as two weeks, and in a month you'll really be glad you stuck with it.

Best to you.
