To identify what to do, try this: Next time you are peeing, try stopping your flow of urine midstream. This exact muscle contraction is what you do for kegels. You just contract and relax, over and over to work the muscle. Do it while youa re at stoplights, while you fold laundry, anytime you are sitting.

contract and relax your PC muscles
kind of like "stopping" yourself from peeing and then going, then stopping, then going....
this is how it works for women. good luck.
