Jad - How old are you and what kind of treatment are you receiving? Being unable to go out because of panic is a disorder called agoraphobia which, in its worse stage can cause people to become homebound...or afraid to leave their home alone as they might have a panic attack.
You need to be on medication, if you can take it, and in a kind of treatment called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The medication will control the attacks while you learn new ways of handling the panic and agoraphobia.
Please know a lot of people have this. The link below is a FREE online peer support group for people with these problems. There is a link on the site to join the group. You are not alone.

if panic attacks are making you home bound you need to see a Dr and figure out a way to curb this. Sometimes it can be done w/exercise and meditation but you also might need medication. You need to see a DR you DO NOT want to live your life like that.
Good luck!

It is called Agoraphobia. You can see a professional Psychologist that can teach you relaxation techniques for your panic attacks and also could prescribe medications for this disorder if it is serious.
Good Luck!

You need to tell somebody about this like a therapist or even a family member. Talking about it is the first step to recovery.

That's totally up to you. You have to go out so that you can go to a doctor and get help. They don't make house calls. Maybe you need to be inpatient at a psych hospital?
