i use fudge.....its the best....my hair is coloured and the fudge shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair shiny and soft.....

That depends on your hair type. If you mean brands- Shampoo from hair salons are the best- with the best ingrediants. You'd be surprised by how most of the shampoo's out there are just using "Soap like.. dish soap" plus a frangrance. If you can't afford the salon types, try Tresseme' they have a great line. I also enjoy Dove, Herbal essence and Vive. Maybe you can ask your hair stylist what brand is right for you! Hope this helps!

if your looking for a basic shampoo or conditioner, try Thermasilk. It is good for average hair, colored or natural, thick or thin. Thermasilk smells great, and makes your hair shiny, also lasts! I rotate shampoos every time I finish a bottle,not sure if it's my imagination but it seems like they don't work if I keep using them awhile.Anyway I really like Bedhead products,they smell great!I also like Thermasilk and Herbal Essence.

theres a new brand called HALO that is my new favorite. It smells so good and makes your hair SO so soft.

Suave. It is cheap, they have a good variety, and unless you have hair issues, you'll look fine!
