That is because Martha is a B**ch.. if you saw the episode of Ugly Betty, Betty's boss called to ask her how to make a turkey cause it still had its insides and all martha could say was, "Man I should screen my calls!" That martha cant even cook look at her show.. she has cooks doing it for her and she just reenacts.. she is a phony.. But for you.. just type in how to make a thanksgiving dinner in yahoo's search engine and there is no way you wont be able to find something to help.. lol

The best turkey I've ever had was simply a turkey - unfrozen, put in a pan with a turkey bag... but put it upside down (breast side up). This makes the juices drip into the white meat and everything gets soooo tender!

Look up how to Deep Fry a turkey..... it is the easiest and fastest way to cook a turkey..... And once you have had a fried turkey you wont want any other kind.

Remove all the inside stuff...stuff it with stuffing if you want.. then i think you cook it an hour for every pound? something like that.
