Do salamanders have the ability to re grow limbs after they have been severed. Yet no human in history has ever re grown a limb after its been amputated? I mean what the hell is up with that? Why do animals who supposedly are incapable of having a soul get the oppurtunity to re grow limbs yet humans...Gods people...The ones who supposedly matter most to him...Have to suffer through life armless and legless...while Salamanders and Lizards get their body parts back?

Im talking about miracles here people....Any miracle that has ever happened well supposed miracle is such that can be questioned to great lengths....And usually people attribute miracles to things that could have been fixed anyways. ex. Religious people all the time think that family members at my hospital have received a miracle because the survived a heart attack..yet they forget to think about the doctors who spent 5 hours doing open heart surgery

I love how you ask a legit question about the Christian God and so many Christians can't even give you a serious answer.

You're right.
And Jesus came and showed us how God feels about this by doing miracles like withered hands becoming whole, eyeballs being placed where there had been no eyeballs before, bent over backs being made straight, dead widow's sons being raised back to life, and the list goes on and on.
And if Christians were doing what they were supposed to be doing, then people who've lost limbs would have already had new ones. Why? Because Jesus said that works that He did His followers would do and greater works that these because He was going to the Father (John 14:12).
So stick around a while longer. Missing limbs replaced by a miracle is all part of God's plan. God's been raising up a generation in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation to do these works and greater works than Jesus did. He's had to sort through many generations rejecting this part of His plan of salvation, but ...
Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waits for the precious fruit of the earth and has long patience for it until he receive the early and latter rain. James 5:7

You have a mind, you can think, reason, but the salamander CANT. I'm surprised why you're asking this question, instead of, birds have wings they can fly, so why 'the hell' can humans NOT??
"Have to suffer through life.." There lies the problem. For you, this life is EVERYthing the beginning and the end. The murderer gets away with what he does while the poor man starves, humiliated to death. Shouldn't you be asking why 'the hell' does THAT happen with the human??
This life is short, the life which comes after this is forever and here in this world, there's only a short test. The murderer will get what is due to him and the poor limbless man with have so much in exchange he'd wish he didnt have any limbs at all in this life.
But the animals? After their judgement is complete, they will all be turned to dust while WE will live on forever.
Do you think that the creation of the human being is the greatest in the universe? Then maybe you can find your place here.....
"Verily, those who dispute about the signs of God, without any authority having come to them, there is nothing else in their breasts except pride. They will never have it. So seek refuge in God. Verily, it is He Who is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer.
-----> The creation of the heavens and the earth is indeed greater than the creation of mankind; yet, most of mankind do not know." [Qur'an 40:56,57]

There is really no scientific reason you cannot grow back your limbs. If you look at cell replacement the only tissue that does not regenerate is nerve tissue and that is starting to be questioned. I would not suggest trying this at home unless you have the kind of faith that a salamander does. He doesn't know that he can't. Plus people were made in God's image and must attain everything through faith. So if you believe it, limbs will replace themselves. I have a friend that needed heart surgery, according to Doctors. While he was sleeping he went into a deep sleep and a group of angles came and replace his defective heart and he is alive and well today with a new heart. It is all a matter of coming out of the darkness into the light where ALL things are possible with Christ. The Christ is the creative aspect of God and can create something from nothing, so He can certainly recreate some cells.
God Bless you in Questionville.

okay, first off, i am a christian and have had the same questions, but i haven't reacted negatively like you have and by far have not lashed out and profiled atheists, so here's a warning to you so that you may get an honest opinion instead of one from an angry christian.
look at things from outside the box, so what, a salamander can grow a tail back. big deal, we have hair and they dont. does the fact that we have hair and they dont make god not exist? where do you come from with these facts in the way that they state that god doesn't exist? what proof do you have that he doesn't? just like atheists say that he doesnt exists, there is no physical evedence supporting this just like there is no PHYSICAL evidence saying that he does. its a belief. its a trust that christians confidently have in all the prophecies and prayers that have been answered. think about this though, why is it that we can speak, and communicate, and process information and even have this dicussion right now? where did our ability to do all of this come from? hey, at least we have an explanation and an understanding, where's yours? and if you don't have it, why ask us if you're not gonna believe it and question it anyways?
(look at this, i said earlier i was a christian, and i take it that you believe me, but what evidence do you have to prove it? you just have to believe it with what info have)

You are assuming that if God didn't create everything the way the Bible says than there is no God. Illogical. It makes more sense to believe that Diety put in motion the events that led to the creation of life, including humans, on this planet, but let Nature take her natural course with natural selection, adaptation, etc...
You are also belittling the worth of those people who are either born without a limb or limbs or who become that way because of accident, incident or disease. The human capacity to adapt is great and many a handicapped person will tell you they are not "suffering through life" becuase of their disability. Be more broad in your thinking and you will find life easier to deal with.

I think I read a post that said our bodies could fight off cold/flu germs. Is that why people get sick?
Maybe science will learn how to imitate the limb growing feature for human use. If so, I think credit will go to the person or team that discovers how. Not imaginary deities. At least there are enough sane people to gaurantee that.

~~~ Derek J ,,,, We Humans also can't hear or smell like a Dog, see like a Hawk, jump like a flea, swim or have Sonar like a Dolphin, etc, etc, etc,,,, We live and experience Human Nature. There is no other Earthly living 'thing' that can express itself so extensively or vividly through Body Language and most of all Speech. We're the only 'things' that seek out, and encourage InterSpecies Communication,,, and are successful(to varying degrees). A brain capable of Conceiving highly intricate thought processes, including The Awareness of Self ( I think therefore I am,,, etc.),,, and to top it off,,, We have the most latitude to Exercise our Freewill to our Own Desire. Now don't you feel just a little bit Special?
Silly rabbit. Just because animals are different then people doesn't mean God doesn't exist. Salamanders are prey. Hopefully, people aren't. People have brains which allow them to come up with silly questions (like yours). Salamanders don't People have oposable thumbs, salamanders don't. And by the by, some people have been know to regenerate body parts. Faith and pray are the substance of miracles.
If god created everything, it was probably in order to understand it's Self... maybe experience it's Self, learn more about it's Self in order to improve it's Self. And one day i'm sure we will obtain the knowledge that will allow us to grow limbs back. I think holding the imagination of god is more important to our evolution than miraculous cell regeneration... at least for now.
They are wrong God loves the animals, it is people he hates.
They are the one s who go hunting and kill animals and each other for no reason. Animals kill to eat.
Bible says that the animals have a soul.
Ecclesiastes 3:19 for there is an eventuality as respects the sons of mankind and an eventuality as respects the beast and they have the same eventuality. As the one dies so the other dies and they all have but one spirit so that there is no superiority of the man over the beast for everything is vanity. all are going to one place they have all come to be from the dust and they are all returning to the dust.
