by which mankind might be saved. That was quoting a scripture and I got violated. How many people think that is a violation for me to say that? How many think I am wrong and should be punished?
I feel that is a violation of my religous beliefs. Am I wrong?

Jesus said you're blessed when things like this happen to you.

I've gotten many thumbs down for answers that were scripture only. That's when I know it's not me they are disagreeing with but God. Why should you take on fighting God's battles for Him? Speak the Word, and let Him handle the results.

Well it depends. Did you post it as a question or and answer? It certainly isn't a question the way you just phrased it so that violates the rules.

What else was with it? Could the stuff with it have been considered spam or insulting?

I am not saying that they are not very arbitrary here but I would have to have the full context. I have had stuff violated in the computers section (which is what I do for a living) for saying that the computer was too old to be worth fixing. I change $149 an hour to give my advice in person and it was an honest opinion. They would have spent about $150 dollars fixing one that I have taken better ones that worked out of service. They said it was insulting even though 3/4 of the answers were the same. Go figure.

You should not have been violated. That was against your constitutional rights.
But Remember that Jesus was persecuted for his beliefs so if you have the same beliefs you will too.
Read John 15:18-27

Read the community guidelines....you made a statement, which is neither a question, nor an answer.

Hey - I got deleted for saying that 20% of all pregnancies end in spontaneous abortion, often without the mother ever knowing she was pregnant. Which proves beyond a doubt that your God is also the world's most prolific abortionist.

Man, you speak the truth around here and you get deleted... go figure.

Welcome to the End Times my friend. Remember in the Bible where it says that we will be persecuted for our beliefs? Well this is the beginning of all that. Call on your guardian angel to keep you protected and ask God for protection, strength, and direction. Consider yourself a soldier in God's army and wearing the Purple Heart.

Someone once told me that if some of the people hate you and if some of the people like you then you must be doing something right. Bless you and stay the course.

God Bless!

You should not be violated, look at some of the crap that people type on here!! I got violated by not answereing a question correctly, that the question was about someones "skin-weenie"....they violate you, no matter what if someone reports you. I wrote in, and violated others who answered that question and it got me no where, so lets just move on, to hell with them, hon!

Rejoice that you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when His glory is revealed- 1 Peter 4:13

--Just remember you got a violation because Satan will do anything to keep the truth away- He wants to deceive people and he wants the truth far from those who do not have it. But we know we are to spread the truth of God- no matter what a "stench" it might be to some- we know that God is saving people through it and drawing those to Him. So dont be dismayed! Just keep sharing the word of God with others~ For it is truth!

1 Corinthians 1:18
[ Christ the Wisdom and Power of God ] For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

Really?!.........I would not make this into a big issue. We all get them and I am not a big fan of people who cry victim of religous beliefs. I take my slaps and pushs over my belief and I still stand knowing that is the way it will be. It does not hinder or shake my faith

If you were to say it in the exact opposite way, no one would bat an eyelash. It's reverse discrimination. It sucks that this country will allow children to blast rap music, cuss up a storm, send "shout outs" to their homies, but you can't say "Praise Jesus". Sorry to hear that. I think us Christians are told to stifle our voices when now, the last times, we need to be the loudest.

"Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you" (Matthew 5:10- 12)."

Hold strong, just remember that every harmful word spoken to you for His sake, is another brick built into your mansion in Heaven.
