You mean after a fervent prayer to the Lord? I am sure many people have stories about this. I prayed over things for up to a year and they were answered a year later- In God's timing, but I did not give up praying. Things will go God's way- which are the best ways. I am so thankful the Lord hears me- and I remind myself not to lose hope, because:
"1 Peter 3:12
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer..."

The story of Job is a great one.
Passage 1 Peter 3:12:
12For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous
and his ears are attentive to their prayer,

your not going to. all that is, is a chance, a probability, that they will get a "sign" its like hope and wishes, there is a chance they can come true but they dont always and its not affected by anything in particular. other then perhaps how hard you work for it, or how hard u look for the signs. if u wanted u could see a sign in most anything.
