You have an oxymoron here. If you believe in evolution then nothing was created. If you believe in creation, then nothing evolved.
Monkeys evolved just like all other living things here on earth. If you believe that God created monkeys, but wonder why, ask about bed-bugs, the aids virus, mosquitoes, why created envy, greed, lust. Whoever created the good, also created the bad.

what does why He created them have to do with evolution being or not being real? anyways, i can't really answer that but God can do and could do whatever He wants. I'm sure He knew that many people would come to believe other things, like Buddha, *evolution theory*, the big bang theory, etc., but He thinks we should have free choice. and he also created monkeys before sin came about...

God created monkeys to test our faith. He also made the world look a lot older than 6000 years for the same reason. No, wait, that would be deceitful, and God isn't the Deceiver. I guess evolution really is fact.

Some "truths" about evolution:
1)Darwin, himself, stated that his theory of evolution was insufficient to explain how life began. He states it right in "The Orgin of the Species".
2) When Darwin wrote "The Origin of the Species", he assumed that we would find thousands of transitional forms in the fossil record. However, in the past 150 years since Darwin came up with this theory, we have discovered precisely "0" transitional forms in the fossil record. And since Darwin's theory was published, we have found thousands and thousands of fossils of all kinds of species, yet not a single transitional form.
3)Neo-Darwinist evolutionary thought assumes "positive mutation". However, no single positive mutation has ever been observed, discovered, or described. To go from protoplasmic goo to the variety of life we have today as evolution states would require thousands upon thousands of positive mutation. However, every mutation ever discovered, observed, described, etc (except for the X-Men) have been harmful to the organism that has it. Here is some math to consider:
"The mathematical problem for evolution comes when you want a series of related mutations [such as developing a functional eye, for example]. The odds of getting two mutations that are related to one another is the product of the two separate probabilities: one in 10 to the 7th power x 10 to the 7th power, or 10 to the 14th power. That's one followed by 14 zeroes." 1
It takes more faith to believe in evolution, which has no scientific evidence to support it than it does to believe that God created everything. Personally, I have found more peace by putting my faith in Christ Jesus as my savior than I ever did by putting my faith in myself.
That's not all the evidence, there's plenty more evidence against evolution, but that's all the time I have for now. Just some food for thought.

Originally monkeys were designed to bring God things while He was watching tv. Things like a beer, some more chips, the remote, etc. But they were not very reliable so He made us instead.

God created man first. Maybe you should pick up the book "The Children's Bible Story" and read it. That's the version you'd probably understand. Do you think you are part monkey???

He created monkeys so Cain could go mate with them and create the Black race (African Americans). Notice they are mostly a hostile race of people? Only those that have been inbread are somewhat pleasant to be around.
