No, he would only get in legal trouble if you two had sex (and the police found out about it). Technically that would be illegal, but it happens all the time with teenagers. The law is meant to protect children from sexual predators, so 18 year-olds who are consensually dating 15 year-olds are not usually targeted unless someone decides to raise a stink. Is it possible he's nicely trying to tell you he's not interested?

a fifteen-twelve months-old is a minor below the regulation. only her mothers and dads or criminal guardians can authorize this form of relationship. A freshman or sophomore going stable with a senior in extreme college occurs each and all of the time. i substitute into class of 1988 relationship a woman from the class of 1985 (14, 18) for a time. My mothers and dads did no longer ask too many questions yet possibly because of the fact i substitute into the boy that fluctuate into youthful.

A you could go out with him, you could also clip your finger nails with a chain saw, but you would be a idiot doing that, the question is should you, which the answer is no, why put your self in that position to begin with. There's allot of guys out there, find closer to your age

It's best not to risk it...besides, even though it's just 3 yrs, there's typically a lot of difference between people who are 15 and people who are 18...doesn't sound like there'd be much there anyway...

No. But, he probably feels that it is up to your parents and it is. The boy should have trust with your parents before going out on a date even if it's only to McDonald's.
