What is a good response to tell guys when I get asked out or hit on, so they get a straight up answer not just a dirty look??

Its a good thing to have friends that are guys and its no reason to stop being friends just because they are intrested and your not so if this is the case instead of the dirty looks just be honest and tell them that you just got out of a relationship and arent ready to start a new one anytime soon. Let them know this doesnt mean you cant remain friends and its nothing against them to keep from hurting them but also make sure they get the hint when you say its not the right time for you to date and you would rather just be single. If you do this make sure that after telling someone this you just make sure not to contridict what you say in anyway by making them think your intrested and you act simply as friends and nothing more.

just tell then you're not interested in meeting anyone right now!
And if they ask you out just say "I don't think that would be a good idea" thats a great way to turn someone down without killing them uknow!
