In a heartbeat. My mother was beat by her first husband, which is why he is the ex. My sister was beat by her husband, so she put a restraining order on him. No woman should have to take that from a man, or anyone. Nothing validates a person to hit someone else, especially if they vowed "to love and to cherish" all the days of their lives. If my husband beat me, or even made the threat, it would be ended faster than he could imagine.

As a Christian, I try to save a marriage if at all possible. If he beats you, you should not be living in the same house, nor should your kids. Try just being separated and tell him you'll give him a month to get therapy, and go to couples therapy with you, too. Then tell him you won't go back to him untill his therapist says he's rehabilitated. This may take a year or two, but it's worth it. It's worth it to you and your children if you have any.
My sister is going through a similar situation, and it's very tough on her and her son. My three year old nephew is waking up with nightmares of Daddy chasing him. I feel for you.
If he will not get therapy, dump him like a dog and don't look back.

Life can be very scary when you are put in a situation like that.. but you must see that you are much better person then that and you do not deserve to be treated like that.. PLEASE LEAVE HIM... the more time you give it it only gets harder.. once you do leave him.. you have to be stong men have a way of pulling you back in... just try to remember all the pain that he has caused you... I'm sure it will help you to move on... all the best...

As a wise wife called as Character Nobel literally, Nobel means as preciously understanding, whilst, the character called as a quality of an examination.
Say the wife who always done everything upon her family especially for her husband happily in her good manner, kindness, and loyalty, means she has passed the examination.
Do not left your husband. God will answer your needs and He always hearing your confessions.
See Psalm 1:7

Yes. Absolutely. Without question. No hesitation. No looking back. NO ONE deserves to be beaten. If there are children involved, there are shelters to go to for their safety as well as yours. They are victims too, even if they are not being beaten. They don't have a choice to stay or leave, but you do. Statistically, if children live with abuse, they are likely to carry that on in their adult relationships. Stop that cycle of abuse.

absolutely... I did get beat and I left shortly after... I should of left right away though but was blind in seeing that he was abusive all ready and didn't see it until he actually started hitting me with his fist and then ran as fast I could to get away from him.. Death is around the courner for any woman that stays in this kind of a relationship and it's not real love....

In a heart beat. You don't beat people that you love. I am a person not a punching bag and I deserve to be loved not hit.

IF I had a husband that beats me would I leave him?
HELL NO!
I'd employ thugs to give him a motherless thrashing and then make HIM LEAVE.
