I bet you're the nice guy, the buddy, right? To get yourself into a less brotherly role and into a more romantic one, find someone you'd really like to get to know and be romantic with her. Don't talk about her past boyfriends, or let her go on and on about some guy at work- thse 2 things are the top two "friend" talks. You wanat to be the boyfriend. Find someone who isn't already hung up on someone else and someone who is availible and at a place in her life where she's thinking about a serious relationship. That's probably the best thing you can do to bolster your chances at love for yourself.
Oh, and don't quit being a nice guy. In the end "bad boys" get divorced, but nice guy love is forever. :-)

u need 2 stop worrying about other people.u r so focused on other peoples lives,that can't make time 4 yours.try 2 c if 1 of your friends can help u get 2gether with a girl that isn't ready 2 say"I love u" also.

take it slow and become their friend first. get to know their likes and dislikes, dont get to caught up in wanting or needing to have a girlfriend when it is time the right one will come along for you and only you
