A 13 pound turky should cook for 3hours 15 minutes at about 350. You want the breast meat to get no hotter than 150 and the dark meat to cook all the way to 170-180. It's a tricky game!

Rule of thumb is 15 min per pound at 350ºF. So 13# = about 3¼-3½ hours. Use a meat thermometer until it reads 160ºF in the thigh to be sure, though, and ti will probably take less time than that if not stuffed.

I'm sure by now you've got the time thing down....my recommendation? Use one of those turkey bags you buy at the grocery store. They keep the turkey super moist. This will be my 3rd year doing it. The directions are on the box of bags.
