The credit bureau is showing that it is my debt, but the company which she got the credit from does not have me in their database.

I would contact a lawyer and then go forward and contact the police. This is a bad situation and even though she is your sister, she needs to know what she did to you is wrong and should be punished for it. Good Luck.

a couple of options:
1. get her locked up & drive away in your new car!
2. if it is an error since the company doesnt have you down, have them & the bureau fix it
3. beat her down & drive away
4. dispute it on your credit
5. go after the finance company/car dealer-show them your proof, have them show you thiers
6. if you dont want to do anything to her, live with it

You need to get your credit report fixed. The best way would be to contact the firm that reported it as your debt and get them to correct their error. Once they find how stupid they were they will probably reposses the car and could even prosecute your sister for committing fraud.

I would check with the place that is showing on your credit report. Call them and ask to see a contract with your signature on it.

Turn the byatch in as a forger. She is going to drag you down.

And yes, if it were me, I'd do it in a heartbeat; family or no family. I detest thieves.

If that's the case, then don't you legally own the car? Take it and sell it and teach her a lesson!
