Now I'm not sure if they were over 3 but they sure looked like it. The kid to me actually looked like she was around 5. I don't know what you mean by details but we were shopping and I saw a girl who had the top part of the diaper sticking out of her pants and she looked like she was around 5.
I did have an ex-boyfriend, his mother told me that him and his brother both wore diapers until they were around 9. Not to pee in but because of pooping. Hee hee.
