If you had a bit of tongue-in-cheek her spit usually gets digested by you unless you spat it out which is very very rude to do so immediately after you two made out. Cost me a dearly that time...

Why are you concerned about that? If you feel comfortable enough to kiss someone, that shouldn't be an issue.
