I met this guy and we started dating. We went out on about 5 dates over the past two weeks and have been on the phone every day. You know send tex messages talking on the phone all the time. We was intimate for the first time last night and it was great but I am worried that he will not be that into me anymore since we had sex. I already called him today and he is at work and has not returned my call yet...what do you think? Do most men lose interest if it happens too soon or do you think I am just over reacting because I want some response from him today and have not gotten it yet.

Way overdue. Have sex with him the next time you see him.

Don't listen to the Bible-thumpers telling you to save it until marriage. God gave you a hoo-hoo and the ability to orgasm for a reason!

It's not because of the Bible that I feel that before marriage is too soon. It's the destruction of our society. 5/1000 sterilized women can get pregnant. 1/100 couples that wear a condom can get pregnant. It's no wonder that there are so many single moms. Children without proper parental guidance and supervision are a HUGE reason why we have so many problems in this world.

Don't be selfish. Wait until you are married.

I don't think it was too soon. Every person and every relationship are different so it really depends on you two. As for his lack of response today, he is probably just really busy and hasn't had time to get back with you. I have days where I get so busy I forget to eat lunch so forgetting a phone call is not a big deal.

If you say no sex until marriage, you bet he'll run away. I don't think it's too soon, as long as you both fully trust and care about each other it's totally fine. I think sex is overrated anyways, it's a natural thing and I don't get why it's so taboo.

I think a common mistake women make is overreacting to the fear that the man will stop talking after sex. Treat things how they always have been. don't over analyze things. That can turn a man off and even scare him out of fear that you are getting too needy, clingy, and crazy! He probably is just busy and will return your call when he gets the chance.

Not if you get married on the 4th. date.

Sound silly? Of course it does, but no more than having sex without commitment. Our Grand Parents waited and stayed married, we now don't wait and demand instant gratification and lack the strength to work at marriage so we get divorced to easily.

Keep your self-respect, making him wait is a good way to find out of he really loves you or just wants to use you.

Our grand parents had it right.

They only lose interest if it wasn't that great. My longest relationship to date lasted 5 years, and we had sex on the very first date. It really doesn't matter, the only thing that matters is how you feel about each other.

A little late to ask now that you have done the deed. Men sometimes lose the "interest" but also respect for the female in some instances. Do not bother him at work, very immature and tacky if not absolutely necessary.Don't obsess, or be so impatient, or pushy.

I think anytime before marriage is too soon also. It does nothing but cause future problems for you and the person you marry. Just hang out and have fun, cuddle if you want to but why would someone buy the cow when they can get the milk for free?

Not too early at all.

I've ended up in bed on 1st dates, and waited months, if it feels like the right time go for it
