I would say a All Inclusive in the Caribbean is probably the way to go. You don't have to pay anything (besides the cost of the stay) once you get there. Call a travel agent, it doesn't cost you anything and they can help you if you have problems, not only that but they can find deals for travel agents only that are better than some online deals.

It's summer. You don't want to go someplace warmer than you already are. If you're in the states, try Canada. The exchange rate's wonderful.
My husband and I went to Prince Edward Island and stayed in a little cabin for peanuts. It was charming, and we even had a little garden that the owners took care of for us. The maid came in everyday just like at a hotel.
They have these cabins all over the island and they're listed in the tourist info book. If you need a tourist info book, look in a Rand McNally Atlas. They have tourism guide addresses and phone numbers for every state and every province in Canada.

Corallejo in Fuertaventura, I went there with the family. It is not orientated for the 18-30 type holidays, but has a decent night life. apparently since I visited in 2003 they have opened a water park, the scenery is also fabulous.

We were married in Jamaica and went back to the same resort for our honeymoon. The resort is called Couples -Swept Away. Its all inclusive (all meals, all drinks, water sports all in one price.). It's a beautiful resort (they have couples going back year after year) and the all-inclusive aspect makes everything so easy and carefree. Congratulations and good luck!

Fiji...check on www.theknot.com they have great links and some specials also. FOr all inclusive you might want to check with the Sandals resorts since they are in Barbados, Jamaca, and other island destinations and all you pay is one price to eat sleep and have a good time...ahh the beauty of all-inclusive.
