I am originally from Azerbaijan, live in Istanbul, Turkey, have graduated from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy (Ecology), speak English, Russian, Deutsch (still learning), Turkish and my mother tongue Azeri.

Naturalizations of people with permanent residence outside Germany are rare. Applicants have to meet a host of requirements; you typically have to give up your present citizenship(s) in order to become a German citizen, fluency in the German language is another precondition - for more information.

you cannot get citizenship right away from germany , you must first live in Germany

Germany is a country that does not allow dual citizenship ,therefore you must give up you citizenship to your country first .......
