Mom's banana bread when I need something sweet....
Grandma's Yeast rolls for get togethers
A really great wheat bread for sandwiches
Artesian Breads for dipping
and of course...Garlic bread with Italian

I like making my own bread. I like my two best styles.
I make a simple egg bread dough and jellyroll either cooked/crumbled bacon (not that bacOs stuff) and shredded cheese (prefferably asiago and cheddar) in one loaf. The other I jellyroll cinamon and sugar and roll it up before the final rise. Makes a great breakfast and desert bread for any time of year.

jalapeno cheese bread
Jalapeno Bread recipe
3/4 cup sour cream
1/8 cup water
1 egg
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Select light crust setting.
Cool for one hour before slicing.
Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Foccacia bread is my favorite. You can make it with rosemary or calamata olives. Then you sprinkle sea salt on the top and bake. It's excellent.

2- Cups of four
3- Tsps. sugar
